Development
Follow-up and support for clients in all sample development requirements. With the support of our suppliers/partners, we develop everything from shapes, heels, applications, soles, and even cutouts and prints on leather to meet the customer's needs.
Modeling
All modeling is done manually, from the planning of shapes to the drawing and development of models, until the first prototype of each one is produced.
Cutting
All cutting is done manually and executed with a knife by skilled and experienced workers. We also have the option of using a cutting press, significantly increasing production capacity without causing any alterations to the pieces.
Sewing
In the sewing department, we are equipped with a production line capable of achieving our daily production goals. This is only possible by combining the best of handcrafted work with the expertise of machines, where the quality and technique of our collaborators prevail.
Assembly
Our company is equipped with a flat assembly line that, with the mechanical advancements in this sector, has helped improve all processes to achieve the quality and meet the requirements of our customers, always ensuring an excellent final product.
Finishing Process
In the finishing process, our collaborators, based on their experience and skill, add the final touch to the shoes, preparing them to be packaged and shipped to customers.
